while the first inclination is toward sarcasm, I believe I will start with a real answer...

Go to your local community college and sign up for a life drawing class. While there also sign up for as many drawing/painting/art classes as your time/budget constraints allow.

Go to the library/bookstore. Check-out/purchase SERIOUS (you will know the ones when you see them) books on anatomy.

Practice.

what do you expect out of a tutorial, exactly? You can't draw hot girls without being familiar with the human body. It's as simple as that. It sounds like you want somebody to show you exactly how THEY draw girls. If you want to copy, just look at a picture you like and copy it. Break down what you see into simple shapes. If drawing shapes is hard for you, then practice. There's no easy answer for you though.

Canned answer:
www.saveloomis.org

And the best way to learn to draw women... surprise... is to draw women. :) I always complained about how I couldn't draw women until someone who read though my comic strip archives said, "Dude, you don't even draw them, how do you know you can't?"

And that's when I started to improve.

So just do it.
