i bought mine like 2 or three years ago, it was the best scanner i ever had.
it had it's limitations, but man it was huge. only after a recent move did it die.
not sure what happened but i'm going to buy another!!

Hey, Mustek owners:

So I have mine hooked up and it works nicely, but there doesn't appear to be an on/off switch. Should I unplug it between scanning sessions? What about the USB cable -- leave it or disconnect?

Thanks
Doh

yeah, just disconnect between scanning sessions. i suppose you COULD leave it on 24 hours a day, but it definately doesn't hurt it to be connected and disconnected over and over again
