So i just saw teh first couple of episodes of a new Cartoon network show called Ben Ten, where the kid can transfrom into any of ten alien creatures, and I'd love to see some of the character sheets for any of the characters.

The closet thing to model sheets would be at Dave Johnson's site http://www.devilpig.com.

He is the character designer for that show. Search around that site, you might find something.
