Another very late night painting. I mentioned in yesterday's post (Major Socks) that I had other characters in mind for whatever astro-military service the Major is a member of. So this here is Admiral Whiskers:

Does he have super-cool, super-thin armor in his coat? or does he just avoid combat by being so superior?

I have a bit of a hard time with the cats and army concept because while they're clearly superior, they're also darned independent.

His hand is bugging me... it is too large, and the fingers are too human-like compared to the rest of the cat features. It's as if there's a cat head and tail on a human.

Where are the claws? They're so important to cats!
