11/15/2007 - Alien line art progression
An alien character I've been working on lately. Here's the progression from rough to final line art: First I just doodle in my sketchbook. I scan all of my sketches into Photoshop, mix and match parts, and then draw over that with a brush. When I'm satisfied, I print it out and trace it onto 55lb. Vellum with pencils. Next I'll scan it back into Photoshop to color it. more on that later...

| That was different, those were spiders so they only had [i]eight[/i] eyes. Either way, hope you like it, as it's what you're getting for the holidays this year! :) |
