7/21/2006 - NFB and paul drissen
hi.
i wanted to show some works of paul drissen and remembered that the national film board of canda posted 50 animations of their past animators in their website.
i looked there and even found some new jems (check the one about anancy the spider)
anyway later i'll blabla about the rest of the animation...now , driessen :
NFB - driessen
there is not a lot of websites showing his movies , although i have some of his movies in my private collection,i wanted to show some of his stuff on this blog and talk about it.too bad...
driessen is a onderfull animator , his child like drawings made with incredible skill and simplicity are combined with a master kick ass insight of animation made me re-think a lot of what i think i know about animation and drawing for animation.

anyway i've fucked this entire entry talking about some nimator that i can't show his works cause i failed to find 'em , i'll try to do better , promise...
...later that day : oh yeah i've been a good boy (found driessen reel online , and! updated two more links\blogs) check out that acme movies link... lots of animation to ref from and learn.
