'U' is For...

...Ultra Humanite, Ulik and Usagi Yojimbo!

Had fun with these ugly choices today. That is one pissed gorilla.

Ulik is a thousand year old rock troll, you'd have thought by now he'd bought a pair of trousers. He usually fights powerhouses like Thor but Daredevil and his team of "Knights" came up against him and walked away in one piece. That's gotta count for something.

Ultra Humanite is the Frasier Crane of the supervillain set. Of course I'm basing this assumption on the JLU animated version...perhaps he's different in the comics. What's not to love about a balding, super-intelligent, albino gorilla?

and Usagi Yojimbo, the rabbit bodyguard, one of the independant comics boop success stories of the 80s and now a cartoon TV star! Usagi appeared in the about 10 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episodes through the years. What a neat looking character, I drew mine quite far removed from Stan Sakai's version intentionally. I think the taller, slimmer look suits the character, what do you think?
