Animated GIFs for mobile phones!

This is a little Mortal Kombat fun I put together for my new Samsung mobile phone wallpaper. Took a bit of trial and error to find the best compromise between filesize and quality but it seemed to turn out ok.

I plan to do some more, including a Street Fighter 2 one that my friend asked for - I'll post when I can.

Anyone have any tips or pointers about reducing filesize even more?
