Basically they fix  (if needed fixing) old (AND NEW!) game systems and give them away to hospitals for the kids who are ill. The size or condition of the donations dont matter, they can use anything, if the system is toast they scavenge it for parts, and fix others. So, if you have some old gaming systems around that you never use, or were gonna put them on eBay anyway, why not make some kids happy.

Oh, and it doesnt matter if they are PAL systems, they are planning to start up in Europe too, with 5 hospitals simultaniously, and need PAL systems for that.
