8/22/2005 - Adventures with the Bachelor

The weekend ( i was supposed to post this ) was the raddest ever! That's right. RAD. Are you excited yet?

Dave hijacked one of those red double-decker Hollywood tour buses complete with driver and security/tour guide. The main objective: get his brother, Hal, as close to death via alcohol as possible during an all-day bar-hopping excursion, for these were his last few days of the single life. :) This was the craziest bachelor party i've ever been to ( this was the *only* bachelor party i've ever been to ).... Look at us having a wild and crazy time. We are higher up than youuu:

Some highlights...

So, Dave had set up a full bar inside of the bus on the lower level ( oh, Rob was the bartendar, of course ). In the photo above: Here we are at Hollywood and Highland; right across the street from the Chinese Theater and all those kooky folks dressed as movie stars and super heroes. As we're parked here, waiting for some of Dave's friends to join us, i spot this guy:

Go ahead... just TRY to find someone cooler than the fuckyouyoufuckingfuck guy! Some 9984536453 pictures later, I begged Dave to go over and invite him onto our bus. In an instant, Dave ( already drunk ) goes skipping off the bus and approaches fuckyouyoufuckingfuck guy.

Much succsess!! Fuckyouyoufuckingfuck guy joins our party:

Hooray!! That's him partaking in the traditional bachelor party car-bomb with the rest of the guys! As it turned out, for fuckyouyoufuckingfuck guy, it was "laundry day" and that was his last remaining clean t-shirt. Wow, lucky for him..and especially us! It just got better, too...

Ok, so how many bachelor parties have Batman, Darth Vadar, Stormtrooper, AND Tie-Fighter pilot? I think none, buddy. We win:

"Wow! All you guys came!!" "Best .....party....EVARRRRR!!"

Batman had 3 coronas and 2 shots before heading back over to the Chinese theater for more photo ops with the kiddies! And when will bachelor Hal learn it's not a good idea to call Darth Vador a stupid bitch. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

This party's sooo rad, WE CAN HARDLY TAKE IT!!! AHHHH!!!!!

All is quiet just across the street... "Guys...? Hey guys...? Where did my friends Batman, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, and Tie Fighter guy go? *sniff* I hope they're not dead."

We later drive the bus over to the Cat & the Fiddle ( local Hollywood bar/resturant ), and who do we run into? Why, it's granny Snow White! She looked like she was 4 thousand years old, though you really can't tell from these photos. No, she wasn't the stripper. Here she is reinacting some classic scenes from the beloved Disney movie. See if you can guess which scenes these are! :

Later that night, one of Dave's suicidegirl -friends said something pretty retarded to me that i thought was worth mentioning. She had announced to the entire table during dinner, that i'm with Rob cause he buys a $28 dollar steak and doesn't finish it**. Those who know us well, will find the humor in this. Hahaha, i had met this girl just 20 mins prior, but she must be taking some "steak and relationships" class at the community college. I think she lost all crediblity when she started collecting small bills from other party-goers just to show her stupid boobs. I wonder what we could've had her do if we threw in a bag of potato chips?

** It'd be fun to tell you all, in great detail, why i'm with Rob..... but then my blog would no longer be workplace-friendly. Plus, my mommy reads this *waves to mom* :D

Moral of the story: Don't waste your money on a "steak and relationships" class.

Oh. My. God.

That is the awesomest thing ever!
I seriously want batman and a storm trooper and darth vader at my bachelor party. Except that now that it's been done, it'd totally be copying.
And it wouldn't be nearly as cool.
It'd be like that second lobster scene from Annie Hall.
