***ADORABLE EXPLOSION!!!***

Hi again! As promised, here are some crazy new additions to my steadily-growing empire...

'You love them: "Alcoholic Rodent" and "Cuckoo-Puss". Are you jealous yet?

"Slutty McMutt" ......and......... "Steven ( the Chimney Goblin )"
...as you can see, i surround myself with nothing but the most beautiful monstrosities.
I have huuuuge plans to showcase my entire collection of awesome vintage toys on my website, ...whenever i get around to the relaunch. ..I know you don't believe me; but that'll happen one day :)
Anyhow, that's the one thing the internet is lacking: a big-'ol Dream Pets gallery. 'Just look up the little shits on flickr, blogger, google images, etc... the results are disappointing. The wikipedia entry is pathetic, too.
So here's a taste of what you can to look forward to...

....all three of you who care ....and all 2 of you that still humor me :) I love you guys!! ^_^
XXOXOXOX

Sue never EVER underestimate the appeal of dreampets... Dreampets RAWK!!!
And while I haven't actually purchased any myself, I did hunt down that incredible Japanese book you had me so envious of. I was using it for funny animal drawing reference a while back. I have to dig some of the better ones out and post em to my blog soon.
Thanks for introducing me to the wonder that is DreamPets Sue.
BTW: I remember Cracker Barrell's online store had a bunch of the newer Dreampets versions on clearance a while back for super cheap. Might be worth it to see if they staill have any left. |

Esco > Tomy Trout makes perfect sense: he's sporting a fisherman's hat; complete with various types of bait and hooks, and is holding his shiny, red fishing pole at his side. Oh, in case you didn't know, he lives in opposite land.
rex > 'So glad you like these! ^_^ Uhmm.. i have a little more than 50 of 'em. I ran out of room!! I can only display my favorites; the rest are in my closet.
csnyde > 'Glad you got ahold of that book! I'm toying with the idea of joining forces with other collectors and eBay rivals and publishing our own Dream Pets book...with BETTER photos and more content!!! That's an expensive project, though...
Yeah, those new DP's can even be found at doller stores now. Can you believe it??? Ugh.... i'm so bummed they're not gonna make any more, and even more bummed that kids would rather buy Bratzzzz dolls and Beanie Babies. *pukes*
Anyhow, you should post your animal drawings, for sure! I haven't been to your blog in a while and now there's tons of new stuff to look at. 'Gonna link ya!
corbett> Congratulations on the most OBSCURE reference of all time. I had my "WTF" face on for like 30 mins. Hahaha, funny crap!
Rob said to say "Yo" .....and "Poopoo-cockie-banana".

Ok, so he didn't say that last part, BUT if you imagine him saying it...you'll laugh for 40 million years.

Kevin> Hahaha, actually that green sparkly thing is a dress i wore on new years eve, and i froze my ass off 'cause we were in NYC where it was like 20 degrees!! And we couldn’t get a cab!!
I don't think i'll ever own curtains... unless they're made out of titanium. My cat's a jerk; ‘curtains wouldn't last 20 seconds around here :P
Brianne> Oh wow, you’ll totally love it! I forget what I ordered, otherwise I’d recommend it :P I do remember ordering the calamari appetizer and hoping it’d look all squidy with the tentacles still intact… so it’d look like we were feasting on aliens, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. ‘Boy, that sure would’ve been the ultimate photo op, huh. Hahaha, too bad!
I was glad to discover your blog; ‘been a fan of yours for a while. :) Thanks for the link! I am honored. ^_^
Ben Pixen > Hehehe, it’s all thanks to my friend, eBay!! :D
Anonymous; re: model sheets > There’s no way we can host the model sheet archive right now. Bandwidth would cost a fortune since we’re no longer hosting from our apartment. We’re already paying $160+ a month to keep the www.drawingboard.org up. So, it’s mainly a money thing ( and somewhat of a ‘time’ thing ). I still have all the content… but we’re not planning on bringing it back any time soon, sorry.
cutesypoo > Ooooo!! Your blog is awesome! I’ll add your link :D I tried making my own dream pets a few months back, and they came out looking pretty retarded! Hahaha. Your bunny came out lookin’ great though, but it’s the coconut bun I REALLY love! I’d totally buy that if I saw him in a store ^_^
csnyde> WOW!! It’s like Christmas all over again!!! :D *Skips off to your blog….
Scott> Oh, hells yeah. You should see how I have him displayed, lol.
Thanks for all the awesome comments, you guys!! ^_^ You can definitely look forward to more dream pets entries. :D

Neneuche> HAHAHAHA, i love how you're totally freaked out by my toys, but you're being all polite about it ;) hahahaha
Rick> Ha ha! Niles says "Hi!!" ..and so do all my other millions of friends that you LOVE. ^_^
Brianne> 'Just gives ya a good reason to go back, then. Yeah, night time is pretty dope; that's when they got the place all lit up! :D
Rikki> No, THIS is the scariest thing ever:
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y55/tiramisue/SHIT_total_and_complete_SHIT.jpg
Maybe you've heard of this? /:) ...." looks-the-same-just-a-different-color-istis ".
Modern toy designs (( girl products especially )) are ,for the most part, uninspired; without artistic appeal. We can at least agree on that, right? :)
Mark> They sure is!! :D 'Love your blog!!
