January 6, 2007 - I'm at a CrossRoads.....Artistically!!
So I'm at a crossroads with my art and I need your help, I need to know what works for me and what doesn't be critical I don't care. I've never really have gotten feedback on my backyard artwork being such an amatuer always thought it was best to not stay in the same style and move about alot that way I found I learnt new things. But thats not working for me anymore and I need some guideance in my artistic endevours.
So I pose this question : What would you like to see more of this year a more traditional lineart or more Mary Blair type stuff. The Kids stuff or more adult artwork like life drawing?? WHat kind of Subject??
I'm not sure so scoop me up some ideas and shoot it at me what ever you say I'll do.... I'm EASY!!!!!!!!!!...
The name is Pott......Matt Pott. Just doesn't seem to work as well as when a certain spy says it now does it? Thats right a couple of nights ago I saw CASINO ROYALE the latest bond flick. so what did I think of this latest incarnation I LOVED IT!! After the Mind Rape that was Die ANother Day with a certain saggy boobed actress. This Bond is one major BAD ASS and a THUG!! Unlike Sean Connery He's not someone who you would like to be friends with hes an asshole and a Killer. Everything Bond should be... He doesn't sleep with every girl he meets something I've never understood. From the opening I was Hooked!!
My only bitch and its somewhat minor is the lousy ending and the unlikely love story (why does every james bond plot seem the same?) Oh my favourite scene is the Torture scene Holy shit I'm sure every man in the audience was feeling the pain!!!
And Finally I have seen one of the most weirdest documentaries ever!! It was about guys that cant get a date so what do they do?? Spend $4000 on a lifesize anatomically correct silicon based made to order breast size female Manniquin. They Screw it, Dress it, wash it ...... some of these guys have not just one but five or eight of these dolly's UGGGHHH even I'm not that desperate!!. Imagine Women that are always nice, don't care what you look like and don't talk back...............................................................Wait where do I get one of these??
