September 13, 2006 - Play PREY!!
While at SammyG's home the other week, he made me watch a Video Game he was playing called 'PREY'. The Graphics blew me away, and he showed me the first ten minute walkthrough. Now I didn't think that there would be anything that would steal Half-Lifes crown..... And I still don't, but playing with my own copy of the game. I can say it is very addictive and has me hooked. I don't have the graphics capability of SammyG's Behemoth. But its okay at medium setting. Seems to be short though, but I've yet to finish it.
DvD's got the chance to Rent Two dvds this week, Slither and Stephen Kings Storm of the Century.
The latter was a load of crap 4 hours worth of my life I won't get back.!! What the hell was King thinking when he wrote it. Obviously he needed the cheque, Bad Bad Bad!!
Slither on the other Hand was a Great little Horror, quite a few times I was yelling at the screen 'GET OUT OF THERE' or 'DON'T DO THAT'. And of course A horror isn't good without humour and it has heaps. I heartily recommend buying the R1 version of this beauty Sadly however I won't be purchasing a local R4 copy Universal in their infinite wisdom has decided to remove all Commentaries ASSHOLES!!.
