Wednesday, April 19, 2006 - See the world

Finally I'm drawing non superhero stuff again! Below is the first image of a new series of illustrations called "See the world". What is it about? Hopefully you'll make your own idea of it soon enough.

This one was a bit hard to make. I wanted to create a very clear line between two very seperate worlds, AND introduce one of the main characters of the new series (whom you can see on the left) at the same time, while keeping this character away from the main scene, just watching. So both in terms of compo and colors, it was a real struggle. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the result.

Making an image clear to read is one of my main concerns when I draw... so, thanks!
