I just read aout what happened in London.
I hope not too many people got killed.
There are other ways to get the message through. There's no need to involve innocent people going on about their lives.
I know I'm a little nobody with no particular political ambitions or interest, but I know exploding others to prove your point is wrong and stupid.

We complain, but we're pretty well off.

Unrelatedly, I was thinking yesterday on how cool it would be to be able to record my every thoughts. I keep forgetting great ideas I get while walking home or reading something. On the other hand, I'm sure that if such a device existed, it would soon turn into a way to sell us stuff or spy on us or brain wash us.
Paranoid? A little.

Movie review: WAR OF THE WORLDS
Granted that the end is the same as the HG Wells story, it seems unlikely. Maybe it was more probable in the 40's. Also, a few things bugged me but I don't want to spoil it too much.
It's an entertaining flick and the actors are good. But the teenager is useless and adds nothing to the plot. Not the kid's fault. Great effects, good timing, the end was a bit rushed, but still, I recomend it if you like alien movies. I give it a 7out of 10.
I'm going to my friend's house after work for a little get togheter. It should be fun. I'll take picture that I can sell back later of embarassing moments.
