What are the main specifications of the hosting you offer? (space and bandwidth) ArtSpace offers a package that gives you 1 gigabyte of storage space on the server, and 10 gigabytes of bandwidth transfer per month. We also offer A MySql database and server server side scripting languages you can use for more interactivity of your web site. 2. What about a domain name? How do I get one, or how do I transfer the one I have? Unfortunately, we don't yet have the capability to sell domains names, so you'll have to get one if you don't already have one from any number of the reputable registrars out there. 000Domains, is the registrar I use for all my sites. They offer domains for $13.95 USD a year. You can use any registrar, however. If you already have a domain, transferring it to our servers is as easy as updating the name server for the domains to point to our name servers. Just use ns1.sketchbooksessions.com, and ns2.sketchbooksessions.com for the primary and secondary name servers. Of course if you need any assistance, we'll be happy to help you out. 3. Do you support server side technologies, like PHP and Perl? I need to install a Blog or Forum software! Yes of course we do! We have a small amount of clients so we're prepared to give you personal attention as far as features go for your site. We feature PHP4 and MySql 4 scripting and database technologies. For a lot of scripts out there like forum scripts, form processors, and web log software, you need PHP and MySql. We also have Perl CGI scripts. Server Side Includes, which should round out all the technologies you need. If you need something else, chances are we make it happen for you. 4.What about payment? How do I pay, and what if I can't pay, what happens then? All of the payments we take is through Paypal subscriptions, although the next phase we're working on is to accept, credit cards directly through the site. Since it's paypal, payments are really simple. Paypal sends you an e-mail every month, where you can follow the links, and send your payment along. If you're unable to pay, make sure you notify us quickly so we can work something out. You have ten days grace period were you site still functions after your last, missed payment. After that, we'll work something out as far as getting your site back up, and squaring up your account.
